SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at [dripinabox.com]. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.


Please Understand
that once submitted, this order cannot be canceled or modified after 20 mins of purchase.

Acknowledge all shipping and address information entered is correct and cannot be edited after submission. Please double check for any apt or suite that needs to be added.

We are not responsible for items that were were lost/stolen in the process of delivery.

(Domestic Orders ONLY)

We offer standard shipping (due to supply chain issues can expect to receive 7-9 business day transit time plus possible delay from carriers which unfortunately is outside our control)

Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 12pm (CST) will be considered for the following business day.

(Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 12pm (CST) will continue processing on the following business day.)

If a package is returned to Drip In A Box due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Drip In A Box is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
